I work at a fantastic company. One of the aspects of the job that makes each day entertaining is talking to people from around the world who love animation. Thousands of animation students and alumni from scores of countries log on to our website and I love talking with them. While being an internet-based company allows us to reach far more students, the downside is you rarely have tangible experiences with the students.
Except for one weekend each year when we host a spectacular graduation for just-finished students and then host a ginormous BBQ for all students/alumni past/present/future!
